Bardha and her husband & business partner, Freddy, opened their first location on Ybor’s bustling and historic 7th Avenue in 2008. Bardha and Freddy grew up in Brooklyn and wanted to bring a slice of New York to Tampa. They have since opened more locations in Tampa Bay, including Hyde Park, Riverview, Wesley Chapel, Carrollwood, Westchase, Temple Terrace, and Tampa International Airport.
