“Without a doubt, the thing I'm most proud of this year is publishing a book! It's been a 14 + year long journey for me to get to this point and I finally made it happen. I have had this story inside me for so long, and I'm so grateful to now get to share it with the world!”

“I made steps to improve my mental health. Still working on it. I’m feeling so much better than I did this time last year despite my external stress being 100x more intense.”

“Following my dreams and stepping out of my comfort zone has truly been my greatest achievement this year. On January, I made the decision to scratch everything I had done in my business up until that point, and focus solely on Brand & Product Photography. In my 4 years of business, 2023 was the first time I saw myself as a CEO, and not only as a Creative. Today I can say, I am truly in love with what I do, and the journey here has been the greatest yet.”

“The word for this year was structure, and I'm so proud at how this year has shaped up so far with staying true to our word. I am so proud at the team that we've been able to build, the work-life balance we all have (especially as marketers!), and the incredible process we've fine-tuned with all of our clients. We really had to dig deep into a lot of data and figure out what needed improvements, but in my perspective the business is much stronger because of it.”

“I take pride in achieving a goal I set when I became a business owner: having the freedom to run a business that helps people and travel at the same time. This summer, I went on my most epic adventure yet, road-tripping for three months from Boston to California, Alaska, and across Canada. It was an amazing experience and I still managed to keep the business going while having the time of my life.”

“2023 was a BIG year for FairyTail Pet Care & I am most proud of our feature on Shark Tank (S15, Ep4). It was an exhausting, yet exhilarating experience from the moment we were asked to apply by a casting director in February, to the moment we flew to LA to film & pitch to the sharks in June, to our actual air date in October & finally being able to let the world know we got a deal with Barbara Corcoran!! To be more specific though, I am most proud of our (myself & business partner, Ilana) ability to overcome our nerves & pitch our business confidently. It just goes to show how important it is to believe in yourself & chase your dreams! Can't wait to see what next year's accomplishments hold for FairyTail Pet Care!”

Tampa, FL

“I'm proud of stepping out of my comfort zone this year in so many ways! I started off the year strong by attending my first business conference, Elevate, in Nashville. Then I attended the So Flo Cake & Candy Expo where I competed in a Sugar Flower competition (and won third place!) and was nominated for an industry award. And, I joined Babe Crafted! All three of these experiences really put me out of my comfort zone as an introvert, but also introduced me to new community and gave me renewed confidence in myself and my business. I'm so proud I took the leap to do some things that were new and different and I'm excited to see what challenges and experiences I'll take on next year.”

Wesley Chapel, FL

“Being able to make a shift that would result in less income and being ok with it. Making this shift was better for my mental health. Also speaking out for Palestinians even when people tried to ruin my business with hateful reviews.”

Clearwater, FL
