Hey girl hey! How are you holding up? I hope that you’re finding some silver linings to hold onto & doing your best to take care of yourself amidst the chaos we’re still all navigating through. I wanted to showcase some ways to help an industry that’s been hit especially hard by businesses closures and stay at home orders: the beauty industry!

Of course with stay at home orders and the need for us to remain 6 ft apart doesn’t give us the chance to enjoy the things we’re used to like getting our hair color freshened up or getting our lashes filled, to name a few. But here’s the thing— we can still support the babes we know & love in the beauty industry and they’ll appreciate it times 1,000!

Here are ways to support these women and I hope you’ll give this a share to spread the word. There’s also a graphic that can be downloaded & shared below. Thanks for your kind heart & remember that we’re all in this together. You got this. xx -Gina

“Stock up on your favorite products! Have us ship or deliver them to you. We now have a little more time to consult about home care through video chat, instagram, or email. We are so thankful to keep helping you get the products and advice you need. Refer your friends to do the same!”

“There are many ways to help. Write reviews, shout out on social media, buy hair care products, gift cards, repost and comment on post, & pre-book appointments.”

“I am doing sessions for donations to help Feeding Tampa Bay. It's a great incentive for the ladies to glam up and have a great day out when we can (since I offer to book up to a year in advance) and help others with meeting fundamental needs like food. It is also a great time since everyone has downtime to give business's reviews on Google and video!”

“The best way for the beauty industry and stylists to be supported right now, is to be patient. Salons will be facing a rush when we re-open and we’ll be taking extra precautions to keep everyone healthy. Gift certificates and retail purchases are an immediate way to help monetarily and show your support. If your salon or stylist has opened their schedule, definitely reach out for an appointment, we are eager to get back to work.”
