Monica is the founding Principal for Grit + Pearl Design Co., a professional interior design company serving the Sarasota, St. Petersburg, and Tampa Florida areas. Monica has over a decade of experience consulting on commercial and residential projects all over the US, and even some internationally. She has lived in 7 different cities over that past 10 years. Monica loves exploring and traveling to gain new insights through different local communities. Monica is a huge dog lover and would totally have a farm/ranch with all the rescue animals if she could. She just purchased her first home and has the tiniest backyard, so that ranch dream is for later on in life. Monica also loves sunsets, bike rides, and sushi. Leopard print is her favorite neutral because it goes with everything.
